IMMENSE RELEASING & INTEGRATION – Pt I
It’s amazing how, oftentimes, the energies are much the same around the same day a year ago. I was re-reading what I wrote a year ago (see below) and we’re going through the same except there are many more people feeling it now. Why? Because there are more souls emerging and people rising up – in vibration and consciousness, which is truly awesome! But many find it difficult to understand and embrace what’s going on, because it’s most certainly not business as usual.Even those who have been doing it for years, still find it stressful because high frequency energies stress out our physical bodies, and throw us out of whack in every way, not just physically but emotionally, mentally, spiritually and even, financially too. We are releasing centuries of human programming that gets us to think and act in a certain way, pushing all kinds of buried emotions to the fore, all kinds of fears and insecurities that challenge most people still having to live in a world of people who are not quite waking up yet. And a world where bills still need to be paid.
Recoded, reconstructed and recalibrated – a complete upgrade and re-genesis
And we are being recoded, reconstructed and recalibrated, as we release all the outmoded codes and ancient programmings. And integration, in itself, requires a whole lot of sleep and energy for it to take place. Hence, I created TheJourneyHome™ – my new Global Membership Program to support people who are committed to their evolvement, to raise their consciousness, who would benefit from being part of a Conscious Community and who would like to fulfil their own Soul Purpose and contribute towards transforming the world, each in their own special way – and to themselves thrive in all areas of their lives, in the first place!!
What I wrote a year ago still applies today, very much so, except that I am much stronger physically and in every way, and can support an increasing number of people all over the world, with a variety of challenges…people who have the great desire to rise, to step up and be their Greatest Selves, have the Greatest Lives and help others and make a real difference.
August 29, 2018:
Yes, indeed, I had to take time out yesterday, to rest and work from bed, and to take care of myself, eat well and exercise. Already, on Sunday night, as I walked to a nearby destination, I had difficulty to breathe. Yet, I notice that exercise helps, be it walking in nature or a few minutes of Nia that I do, which is a combination of dance and martial arts.
Reikiing myself and my sister (distance healing) also helps. Qigong does as well. Drinking lots of good quality water is a must. I did not drink enough on Sunday (we need 2 to 3 litres during these times of intense incoming energies) and woke up, parched, tired and with a sore throat… I then made sure I drank a whole lot of alkaline water, freshly squeezed vegetable juices, and home brewed Indian borage tea, and felt so much better by evening.
Right now, I can feel the energies pressing on my skin and the breathing a little difficult, my head heavy, my chest like I’ve got a cold and need to release stuff. For days, I’ve already been feeling energies coming out of me, old stuff leaving.
I will head for the sauna later and use the detox machine tonight as well plus all the necessary exercises, of course.
We MUST be aware of these beautiful cosmic energies coming in, welcome them and take excellent care of ourselves. It’s exactly why we are here. And those of us who are more sensitive are the forerunners to this massive upgrading for all of humanity and to bring Heaven to Earth. We can do it. And we are being well looked after.

This particular pic of it makes me think of humanity building a bridge between Heaven and Earth, and how we do it is by anchoring all this cosmic or heavenly light from the highest realms and of the highest consciousness in our bodies. I’ve been consciously devoted to this for a quarter of a century, not only in my own body but in the world, in a few different ways. And I am here, amongst many, to lead the leaders, the forerunners of this new humanity and the New Earth.
