Helen’s corporate and executive coaching was one of the best training and personal development programs that I have ever attended in all my years of career. Helen Lee is an exceptional coach and facilitator. Certainly, she is one of the best trainers/coaches I have come across in my entire career in Human Resource. Her workshop, Motivation: Leading From Within is highly innovative and powerful, and very well received by the 25 senior site supervisors attending, especially the younger ones in their30’s and 40’s. The majority of the participants felt empowered by the two-day workshop, found clarity, direction, optimism, confidence and a sense of purpose. It was a huge shift for most of them, who were experiencing a great sense of uncertainty prior to the workshop as they were not sure whether their contracts would be renewed and what they would do, if they were not re-hired. I would highly recommend Helen to coach both leaders and their teams, as it is obvious that she goes all out to make the maximum difference to whoever she is coaching and her unique methodology works wonders!
