A MASSIVE UPGRADE OF THE PHYSICAL BODY TO CARRY EVEN MORE LIGHT

Yesterday’s energies were so intense and intent on pushing everything out of us, that is ancient and totally outmoded.
I was quietly happy, as usual, writing a fair bit, albeit from bed, unable to do things like accounts, totally drained physically, as the reconfiguration was going on. It’s a process of both expansion and compression, expelling and recoding, and a lot of energy is used up for it.
Every cell, every muscle, every bone is involved in the upgrade and releasing, to make way for a complete overhaul and newness, is a crucial part of the deep and massive transformation. Resting in bed to allow the mega magical work to be done to the body was not only the best idea but the only possibility for me.
And I was rewarded by nightfall, after 25mins of qigong, which helped tremendously to clear my energy field and what was being squeezed out of every centimetre of my body all day. Not only did the aches and dull pain disappear altogether, my energy level soared…
And as Rumi put it, since then, “My head is bursting with the joy of the unknown. My heart is expanding a thousand fold.”
Now, to further look after my body which needs all the loving and nurturing it can get every day…
