Soul and spirit are ancient terms that have been recycled. They are being introduced into the language of business.  Their use today (as seen in a Wall Street Journal quote)…is nearly conventional. They have once again entered our vocabulary to communicate a more complete understanding of the people of a corporation and what motivates employees to meet the needs of the corporation.
