Personal Mastery Programs

Our Personal Mastery Programs include:

Our foundational coaching program, Abundance Mastery™ helps people to be in touch with the wisest and most powerful part of them.  It is a part that has the ability to create the life of your dreams, including infinite success in both your personal and professional life.

Fulfilment Mastery™ and Ultimate Mastery™ takes you further along your journey of personal or self mastery.  And our Coach Training programs help you arrive at a level that equips you both internally and with tools to coach others to embark and grow on this path.

Abundance Mastery™, Levels I & II are conducted through both 16 hours of one-on-one sessions, in person and/or via telephone or Skype; as well as in workshops in your country or online.   Children need only two to four hours of one-on-one sessions; but their parents must do the full program of I & II and support them in the process.

Abundance Mastery™ Level III, Fulfilment Mastery™, Ultimate Mastery™ and our Coach Training programs are conducted in in-person workshops only.

Introductory Workshops

We hold introductory mini-workshops based on Helen Lee’s self coaching process which we share with you in her blog on this website.  She created this process A To The Power of 8™ or A⁸ in short to acquaint you with some of the concepts in our various personal mastery programs.

She describes this process as the “blueprint for real and lasting success in all areas of your life”.  It takes you through the 8 empowering A’s that, to her, matter in life, from the internal to the external states:

External States

1. Achievement
2. Abundance (Material)
3. Abundance for ALL

The first A to the Power of 8™ workshop will be held in Singapore on October 24, 2009.

Come spend a Saturday afternoon with Helen who not only created A to the Power of 8™ and all our many coaching programs but also The Golden Globe, which is our primary tool and Key to Mastery. It encompasses not only the Law of Attraction but many other Universal Laws. She created and taught this technique and her coaching programs LONG BEFORE The Secret was launched. LONG BEFORE the Law of Attraction was made widely known. LONG BEFORE Stephen Covey published The 8th Habit, propounding the importance of SQ or Spiritual Quotient being the missing link that would fill the void or emptiness that humanity experiences at the workplace and in their personal lives.

All of Helen’s coaching programs and techniques are based on first-hand experiences she’s had over a life-time of experiences. She coaches people on how they too can have their own “downloads”, without having to rely on what’s already commonly embraced and to have the confidence in their own innate higher intelligence.

PLEASE NOTE: A to the Power of 8™ will be presented as a mini-workshop to introduce the concepts and approach of our main personal/life coaching programs. Helen will give a deeper understanding of what has already been explained on our website re: A to the Power of 8™. You will be able to ask questions, based on what is pertinent to you and learn from the coaching conversations that will arise from these questions and the questions that others ask.

Her brand of coaching is termed SUPERCOACHING simply because it is of of great depth and has the capacity to take people to immense levels of transformation for themselves and their lives, even to the point of awakening and enlightenment.

However, clients get as much or as little as they are willing to be responsible to create for themselves. As she explains, it is about Personal or Self Mastery. Her expertise lies in instigating the innate power and wisdom that is in each one of us, while simultaneously helping you to acknowledge, embrace and go beyond the resistant ego that lies within everyone.
