We are keen to develop a network of associate coaches throughout the world.  We already have several strategically positioned in various countries but need more in order to contribute towards bringing real change to the world quickly.

However, our standards are high and our requirements are stringent, in the sense that our coaches must go through an apprenticeship prior to being able to be one of our associate coaches, delivering our programs.

On the other hand, we have had coach trainees complete our courses and become successful coaches, practising traditional coaching (which is part of our coach training programs) and creating their own programs that they can deliver themselves.

Helen Lee will personally mentor selected coach trainees in their personal growth and development as Supercoaches and help them create income on the road to becoming Supercoaches.

They must, however, take personal responsibility for their own growth and development as well as that of their own business.  They must continue to be open to being coached and receive formal coaching sessions with Helen, either through in-person sessions at Helen’s hourly fees or by re-attending Abundance Mastery™ Level III and our other personal mastery programs at reduced rates.

Our coach training programs comprise:

1. Lee Heiss Coach Training IA – 3.5 days; includes inner-work, with segments tailored according to coach trainees
2. Lee Heiss Coach Training IB involves coach trainees observing Helen or select associate coaches deliver Abundance Mastery Levels I & II workshops – at least 4 workshops of Levels I & II (2 of each), serving as part of the Coach Training apprenticeship
3. Lee Heiss Coach Training IIA – 3 days; involves practising delivering Abundance
   Mastery™ Levels I & II on a one-on-one basis and parts of it based on a workshop format, with people we line up as “coaching clients” or “coachees”
4. Lee Heiss Coach Training IIB involves coach trainees assisting Helen or select associate coaches at Abundance Mastery™ Levels I & II workshops (as Helen sees fit) i.e. hands-on-training – this can come before IIA, provided that the coach trainee has committed to doing IIA (also as Helen sees fit) – at least 2 workshops for each Level (4 in total), again as part of the apprenticeship
5. Lee Heiss Coach Training III – involves coaches certified by Helen delivering Abundance Mastery™ and Abundance Mastery™-based workshops, with guidance or/and supervision by Helen; and her delivering certain segments, where necessary and possible. Helen will also provide de-briefs.
   Note: Coach trainees may be certified to conduct Abundance Mastery™ Level I prior to being certified to conduct Abundance Mastery™ Level I prior to being certified to conduct Abundance Mastery™ Level II, and possibly to conduct Levels I & II in one-on-one sessions prior to being able to conduct workshops.
6. Just as going through Abundance Mastery™ is necessary for all coach trainees, participating in our Abundance Mastery Level™ III and Fulfilment Mastery workshops is required as well. This will take the coach trainee to a higher level spiritually and help them to be Supercoaches.
7. For those who wish to deliver our corporate coaching programs, additional hands-on training with Helen at team coaching sessions is necessary.
