Our Philosophy

Balance, Power, Innovation

Helen Lee firmly believes that balance is the key to everything. To her, it is an underestimated quality to cultivate. We talk about passion, profit and prosperity; and only about balance as an afterthought. But Helen strongly feels that, in fact:

The greater the balance, the greater the power. And with balance and power come creativity and innovation – in your life and your organization. And this is accompanied by joy, fulfillment and real success.”

She promises:

“You will begin to live life and/or run your organization in ways you never dreamt were possible!

Furthermore, she states:

The world is out of balance and in crisis because we are out of balance as people inhabiting it. If we were to collectively raise our consciousness and become more evolved, more responsible for ourselves and our local and global communities, we would transform the world as we know it now.

We all know by now that it is crucial to vastly change the way we run, not only our financial institutions and banks, but all organizations and corporations. We are also finally aware that we need to save our planet and not brutally exploit it as we have been doing for centuries.

But how many of us are truly conscious that everything we do, each and every one of us, affects everything else in the world, the universe even?  The “butterfly effect” based in Chaos Theory (the new science) refers to how a butterfly fluttering its wings in Brazil could set off a tornado in Texas.

It is not the butterfly that causes the tornado but the flapping of its wings in a particular moment creating tiny changes in the atmosphere that could ultimately affect a tornado, altering its path, delaying, accelerating or even preventing its occurrence.

The flapping wings represent a small change in the initial condition which causes a chain of events leading to large-scale alterations of events!  What are the small things we do daily, that could cumulatively affect the world we live in?

Everything that we think, emote or do every day, every year, year after year, accumulate to create the world we live in now. The conflict within us, the anger we express at home and at work, in public and in private, gathers momentum and is reflected in the conflicts and fighting in certain countries.

This is because everything is made of energy, even thoughts and emotions; and everything is interconnected. Einstein’s work and Quantum Physics explain this very well.

So, we are collectively responsible for what’s happening, not only in our lives, our family’s lives, at our workplace, in our country, in other countries, in our world, perhaps even in the universe.

This is an urging for each and every one of us to be, first and foremost, responsible for our inner states, for how we think, feel and act.

The Whole Mind Approach

When we are committed to the life-long process of discovering and being “Who We Really Are”, we will live our lives, utilizing our whole mind rather than adopting only the left brain approach. This means that we will not only focus on the analytical, logical and tangible, on what we can see, hear and touch.

It means that we will simultaneously focus on a non-physical reality, cultivating intuition, gaining instinctive knowledge of the workings of the universe, and developing the insight to evolve both ourselves and our society. The deeper we work, the more striking the changes on the physical plane and the more rapid the evolution of the human race.

Right now, our efforts are insanely entangled in cause and effect, in action and reaction. It appears as if we have a rather primitive universal brain at present. Yet, the fact is that we do know far more about reality – past, present and future – than we are able to understand and express rationally.

With our intuitive minds, we experience profound truths about our world and our destiny. What we need to do is use our analytical, logical brain to bring this potentially vital information to the surface, where we can better utilize it.

We need to be more like Albert Einstein, the great physicist whom Time magazine named ‘Person of the Century’ in the year 2000. He was a rather enlightened scientist and philosopher whom Time described as being ‘unfathomably profound – the genius among geniuses who discovered, merely by thinking about it, that the universe was not as it seemed.’

I am not suggesting that you become a scientist but for you to become open to new ideas and possibilities, like he was and which led him to uncover things that were always there, right under everyone’s noses.

If by dropping our small minds and becoming more open for a moment, we ignite the genius within us, is it not well worth our while? The potential rewards are enormous!

Here are some of the many profound things that Einstein is quoted to have said:

  • When the solution is simple, God is answering.
  • I believe in intuition and inspiration. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research.
  • Many persons have inquired concerning a recent message of mine that ‘a new type of thinking is essential if mankind is to survive and move to higher levels.’ Often in evolutionary processes a species must adapt to new conditions in order to survive. Today the atomic bomb has altered profoundly the nature of the world as we know it, and the human race consequently finds itself in a new habitat to which it must adapt its thinking.
  • In light of new knowledge…an eventual world state is not just desirable in the name of brotherhood, it is necessary for survival… Today we must abandon competition and secure cooperation. This must be the central fact in all our considerations of international affairs; otherwise we face certain disaster. Past thinking and methods did not prevent world wars. Future thinking must prevent wars.

The Way Forward

In conclusion, as someone who has devoted the last 17 years to coaching in some shape or form, what I am proposing to you is the following:

  • Take excellent care of yourself first and foremost. Take care of your own needs and see to the fulfillment of your desires.
  • Take care of the needs and wants of those around you, both at home and at work, in your local community and beyond – in a way that is balanced and considerate of your own needs and desires.
  • Begin this important task and responsibility of self care and care of those around you, with the end in mind i.e. with your focus on adding value every day, in your own unique way, using your talents and skills, employing your passion and doing what you love. All this, whilst being mindful of not doing any harm to anyone.
  • I am not merely suggesting for you to be a good moral person, doing good moral things. What I am recommending is for you to be “Who You Really Are” and in so doing, you would spontaneously be the Best Person You Can Be and you would only do things that would benefit yourself, your loved ones and the community, the world at large. It’s a far more powerful and natural process than the former.
  • My programs would powerfully connect you your Innate Wisdom, your Inherent Power, and help you find your own answers, direction and strength – which all lie within you! They would help you be the Best You Can Possibly Be, quickly and powerfully, with love and respect for yourself – not because you need to be fixed…

The question is: ARE YOU READY?

Are you ready for unlimited abundance? For true and lasting success? For joy and fulfillment, bliss even? Are you willing to give up playing small?

You can have all the material successes and wealth you desire; and much, much more! It just depends on what’s important to you at any given time…

You can enjoy material wealth and, at the same time, contribute positively to the world around you!

Another vital question is: WHAT IS THE GRANDEST VISION YOU HAVE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR LIFE? AND FOR YOUR WORLD?

Let’s explore these questions together! Let us help you find the answers and solutions within you. You will be amazed at just how wise, abundant and powerful you can be, you already are… It’s just a matter of perception; and we will help you see with new eyes…”
