Helen Lee has been a coach for 17 years. Both her personal and professional focus has always been on deep transformation, real success and true happiness.

In the course of operating her communications consultancies in Australia and Asia, for a total of more than 14 years, she realized at an increasingly deep level that real change has to happen for herself and others. Her desire to contribute to this transformation grew as she observed the underlying lack of freedom and authenticity in people and organizations.

While she had great success providing communications consultancy to MNCs and publicly listed companies in the region and was listed in The Business Times’ “Who’s Who of Women Shaping Singapore” in 1997, she was determined to be of greater service to not only organizations and individuals in the region but those globally.

Helen is now making a name for herself in delivering high-end or advanced coaching based on results-focused transformational coaching technology she calls, “SUPERCOACHING” – for both individuals (from age 5 to 65) and organizations of all sizes.

Already, she has clients based in various cities in the world, including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Zurich, New Delhi, Mumbai, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Sydney.

Many also fly in to attend her coaching workshops and have one-on-one sessions with her, which they resume when they get back to their bases. She now offers tele-coaching and soon, online seminars as well, to better serve a global audience. In addition, Helen has a team of associate coaches whom she personally trains to support her in various countries, including USA and UK.

Helen herself is a certified coach with the US-based Corporate Coach University. In addition, she is a member of the International Coach Federation and Coachville, both of which are also based in the United States. All in all, she’s had 18 years of intensive self-development work and training in Singapore, Australia and the US.
