Lee Heiss Coaching has clients all over the world and are building a global network of associate coaches personally trained by Founder and Principal Coach Helen Lee.

We started as a communications consultancy, first in Australia, then in Singapore, servicing MNC clients in the Asia Pacific region. Having gained the experience of working with large corporations and their executives across several countries, Helen made her passion of helping empower others her core business.

She turned what was a voluntary activity of coaching both her public relations clients and people around her for some 9 years, into a profession. Two years later, in 2003, she changed the company’s name from Lee Heiss Communications to Lee Heiss Coaching and coaching became our organization’s sole focus.
