Helen Lee is an amazing woman who has accomplished much in her life and aims to continue innovating and making a difference for many more years to come!
Amongst other things, she ran her own communications consultancies in Australia and Asia for 14 years, serving MNCs and publicly listed companies in the region. The Business Times listed her in its 1997 “Who’s Who of Women Shaping Singapore” because of her business success.
But she’s even more passionate about the field of human development. Helen has more than 20 years’ experience as a coach and 10 as a facilitator. During this time, she coached a wide range of clients across the world on a one-on-one basis, and in groups and teams in Asia Pacific.
This includes people of all nationalities and walks of life, from age 5 to 65. Her corporate clients include Chairmen and Presidents of conglomerates, C-suite executives of MNCs and their regional teams, and middle management executives including high potentials.
Igniting leadership & greatness
She has focused on igniting the leadership qualities and/or greatness inherent in everyone, from children to CEOs, housewives to entrepreneurs. Not satisfied with just traditional coaching, she created her own brand of ontological coaching that allows the leader in people to emerge “through spontaneous and intuitive natural self-expression”.

20 Years of R&D
Helen is now making a name for herself in delivering her special brand of ontological coaching and leadership creation for both individuals and organizations. In 2010, The Straits Times named her “The Leader Prodder” in a feature on Singapore’s top executive coaches.
She devoted more than 20 years to research, develop, test and refine her innovative methodologies that have produced amazing results for her clients. She also dedicated these years to working on herself and her own transformation to be able to expertly help create the outstanding leaders and happy people that all communities and organizations need.
For the first 10 years, she coached on a voluntary basis and as part of her management responsibilities, before she began coaching and facilitating professionally for the last 11 years.
In 2001, Helen trained with Corporate Coach U, the largest and oldest coaching institute in the USA. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and was part of the founding committee for its Singapore chapter in 2002. She trains and/or mentors her own network of Associate Coaches worldwide.
